– To motivate and educate students and teachers nationwide in the field of physics.

– To establish a platform for meaningful scientific and academic discussions.

Introduction

The Janardan Singh Foundation (J S Foundation), which is accredited by the MCA, Government of India, sports the Association of Indian Physicists (AIP) as a subdivision. In Barnala, Punjab, there is a branch office. This AIP organisation is made up of physics educators, researchers, motivators, and other people who are interested in advancing scientific attitude and culture, communicating scientific information, and raising the standard of physics education across the Nation. AIP organises a variety of events for educators and pupils, including Talks Series,  seminars, conferences, Talent Search exams, workshops, Hands on Training, Internship  and various competitions, with the below objective in mind. AIP is a self-regulatory organisation that develops programmes and policies in an approval mode. It has divided the country into more than 6 zones in order to provide efficient exposure. The Association was established in Barnala in July 2020 by like-minded teachers under the leadership of the Dr. S. K. Singh and Dr. Shakti Shankar Acharya. With the slogan, “First help yourself to help others,” this association welcomes people, passionate about physics education and willing to explore a new horizon to serve the nation in an innovative way. Let’s grow together and enhance our scientific as well as academic understanding.

Dr. S K Singh

Once in a hundred years comes a man through whom the soul of a region expresses itself. Such a personality is Dr. S. K Singh of Siwan, Bihar. His dynamic personality, charming manners, winsome smile, his transparent sincerity of purpose and great eloquence win for him the spontaneous love and esteem of all who come in contact with him. Son of Sh. Janardan Singh, Dr. Singh has sincerity & honesty in his blood. He inherited guts to face any challenge of life from his father. Dr. Singh was born in December 1983 in Siwan, Bihar and did primary education from home town and B. Sc. (Non-Medical) from B. N. D. P.G. College, Kanpur, Utter Pradesh. After doing his graduation he pursued M.Sc. and Ph. D in Physics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (M.P). Afterward, he started his career as a Assistant Professor in Physics and has always maintained the grace of his profession in research and devolvement, social responsibility. Dr. Singh has a keen interest in Research and social activities and a similar reflection is visible among students guided and groomed by him. He received two times Young Scientist award of International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) in Germany and South Korea. He is also recipient of Madhya Pradesh Fellowship for training of young scientist (MPFTYS) by M. P. Council of Science and Technology (MPCST), Bhopal, M. P and International Travel Grant by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi and Department of Science and Technology (DST)/ Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), New Delhi. He has visited many countries like Germany, USA and South Korea. Dr. S. K. Singh currently working as Assistant Professor (Physics) in S. D. College, Barnala, Punjab and He has been published three books internationally in various languages in LAP Lambert Academic Publishing & Scholar Press. He is engaged in high pressure studies of materials. He has published 15 research papers in international journals and conferences series and presented many in conference/symposia/workshop. He has left an indelible impression on people with his integrity and sincerity. Such a man is certainly a unique combination of greatness and grace in the field of development in research and social activities.
